Custom Metal Fabrication in Bunkie, LA
When a ready-made product doesn't fit your application, the part has to be built for it. JG's fabricates custom steel work around how the piece will actually be used, mounted, and loaded.

Built when off-the-shelf doesn't work
Catalog parts are made for an average situation. Your equipment, building, trailer, or workspace usually isn't average.
Custom fabrication starts with the problem, not the part. What has to mount where? What is it holding, carrying, or protecting? What has failed before? Once those answers are on the table, the metalwork can be laid out to suit the job instead of forcing an existing product to sort of work.
Bring an idea, a photo, a rough sketch, a measurement, or the old component itself. Any of those give the shop something concrete to work from.
Fit for purpose
Built for the customer's intended use
How a piece is used drives how it should be built — the mounting points, the layout, the access, and the clearances all follow from that.
