Information we collect

The quote form on this website asks for your name, phone number, email address, project location, and a description of the work you need. You choose what to include. Nothing is required beyond what the form marks as required, and you can call the shop instead of using the form.

How the quote form works

When you submit the quote form, your browser opens your own email application with the project details filled in, addressed to bdsgagnard@gmail.com. The message is sent from your email account. This website does not store form submissions in a database and does not send them to any third-party marketing service.

How we use your information

Project details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the work, and carry out any project you decide to move forward with. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.

Third-party content

Location pages embed a Google Maps frame so you can see the shop location and get directions. Google may collect information as described in its own privacy policy when that map loads or when you click through to it.

Photos of your project

Photos you send are used to evaluate and complete your work. Finished project photos are only published on this website with the customer’s permission.

Data retention

Emails and messages about a project are kept as ordinary business records for as long as they are useful for servicing, warranty questions, or repeat work.

Your choices
